Our Open Water Swim returns for the Handepay St Helens Triathlon from this Monday 8th of May at Eccleston Mere, St Helens. We will then be running sessions every Monday night from 6:30pm till 8pm.

Everybody is welcome as long as you can swim continuously for 200m. Improve your technique with our weekly coaching or train yourself in our structured swim. We also hold aquathlon events every few weeks.

**If you have been before, you will need to re-complete an activity readiness questionnaire on the night, but there is NO need for you to re-register.**
