World Middleweight Boxing Challenger Martin Murray will be Johnny Vegas minder at this Sunday's Westfield Music Festival.

Steve Prescott Foundation Ambassadors Johnny Vegas and Martin Murray will help to raise money for the SPF by promoting a raffle in EVERY one of the 14 pubs that are taking part in the popular festival.

Martin Murray said "Unfortunately I could not make last years festival due to training commitments. I am really looking forward to hearing the great music in all of the pubs, I am sure it will be a fantastic atmosphere and an opportunity raise some funds for the SPF! I cannot wait to spend the day with Johnny Vegas, I think my ribs are going to take a pounding, this time with laughter!"

Raffle prizes include a Mobile Phone courtesy of 02 Ormskirk, Nick Mussell said "We love to get involved in community projects and support the SPF! The Westfield Music Festival is going to be amazing, I have looked at the line up and this year it is going to be special. The organisers have done a fantastic job of attracting some top class acts!"

Martin Blondel General Manager of the SPF added "We are truly honoured to be associated with the Westfield Music Festival. We are pleased to announce that the Saints Angels will be assisting us with the raffle, we would like to thank the organisers for inviting us to continue Steve's legacy. As well as the Mobile Phones St Helens RFC have also agreed to donate a pair of tickets for the forthcoming Saints v Hull KR fixture, this is 28 tickets in total, as ever fantastic support and really appreciated!"

The Westfield Music Festival starts at 12 Noon and continues until 21:00 on Sunday Evening.
