Saints star Sia Soliola who has the most famous bonnet in Superleague is going to have his head shaved on 3rd May at the fifth annual Irn Bru Taylor Park Challenge.

So far Samoan International Captain has already raised a phenomenal £1,300 with a target of £2,500, fans favourite Sia said "The last time my hair was cut was almost 2.5 years ago, before my son was born and so it has been a meaningful journey!. However the time has now come to consider getting the chop and so it makes perfect sense to go for a full head shave and help support the Steve Prescott Foundation at the same time. Steve Prescott was an inspiration to me and achieved great things, I wish to honour his memory and all that his charity stands for as it continues to help others. I hope we can get to the target and I want to see as many Saints fans as possible to witness the cut."

Mandy Millar the owner of Top St Helens Hairdressers Classy Cuts will oversee the head shave.

It is anticipated the head shave will take place mid afternoon.
