Reason to “Kill the Hill”: I have been looking for a challenge for a while, when I heard about this I knew I had to get involved, it ticks so many boxes for me, I have lost family through cancer and have seen close friends suffer so during this expedition I hope to raise as much funds and awareness as I can towards medical research and raise my game for the challenge.
What are you most looking forward to: I am looking forward to so many things, mostly the new experiences and meeting new people, this isn’t a challenge you come across everyday and I am very grateful for the opportunity to be part of the team this year, I have a feeling although a lot of hard work is involved there will be a lot of laughs along the way.
What are you least looking forward to: At the moment there isn’t anything I am not looking forward to, I have heard some stories of past expeditions and the altitude sickness doesn’t sound to appealing but I guess crapping in a bag or digging a hole isn’t a plus either. Come to think of it there’s probably going to be a lot of things yet to reveal themselves I wasn’t expecting.
