Inaugural Match West Hull v Leigh Miners

The Steve Prescott Foundation are extremely honoured that the inaugural NCL Charity Shield Match between Champions West Hull and Cup Winners Leigh Miners will be named after Steve Prescott Foundation.

Chairman of the SPF Mike Denning said "The National Conference League always supported Steve and his foundation. It is a fantastic gesture from the NCL that has been well received by Steve's family and charity. We would like to thank all associated with the NCL. It promises to be an exciting game between two great teams. Support like this will ensure Steve's name will always be remebered in the Rugby League community!"

SPF Ambassador Garry Schofield OBE will present the Trophy and all funds raised on the day will go to the SPF.
