The ‘Preccy’ Charity Bike Ride

(If biking there come off at bridge No 86 on the canal (4 bridges past the Top Lock Pub) cross canal and its 200 yards up lane. By road it’s on the main A574 Blackburn Road, between Chorley and Blackburn)
Bacon barms served here at 11am!
Note: If don’t have the energy to bike there and back bring your bike to the Brocket at 10-10.15 on the morning and transport will be available for your bike BUT you must sort YOUR own lift out to the Golden Lion
Distance – about 16 miles (but at least most of it is flat, very scenic and off road)
Donation/sponsorship: £10 per rider – all proceeds to the Preccy charity: if over and above this you want to raise individual sponsorship you are free to do so and a sponsor form is on the reverse: Malc will collect any sponsor money up to two weeks after the ride
Finishing point: Sams Bar Scholes for buffet & music - (bikes can be left here overnight)
