Mike Denning, Chairman of the Steve Prescott Foundation returned to his old primary school days last Friday to collect a donation from Pupils who, inspired by Precky, had on their own volition had made all manner of objects in a Origami project and sold the items to fellow students.

Mrs Harrison a teacher at the School and neighbour to Steve and Linzi in Eccleston said “The children did this all themselves and where truly inspired by Steves story. They are rightly all proud of their achievements”.

Mike is pictured with all students who participated and commented “It is good to be back at St Bartholomews which is a great school and has many a great memory. Children all over the borough quite rightly should be inspired by our heroes and it is great that we have our own local one in Steve that they can look up to. Thank you to everybody involved”.
